Volt is immediately hiring an EHS Coordinator in Fort Worth,
TX.

Weekly Pay
As an EHS Coordinator you will:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental,
health, and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other
applicable agencies.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments
to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.
Deliver EHS training programs to all employees to ensure
understanding of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and
regulatory requirements.
Manage, implement, and monitor safety programs in coordination with
the entire EHS team.
Prepare safety related metrics as needed and defined by the EHS
team.
Conduct root cause analysis and identify and implement corrective
actions for accidents, injuries, incidents, property damage, near
misses, and safety complaints.
Maintain safety files and training records.
Coordinate and participate in safety committee meetings.
Promote a culture of safety by recommending and implementing
continuous improvement strategies to reduce workplace risks and
improve safety performance.
This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
The ideal EHS Coordinator candidate will have:
Training and/or prior experience in safety or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve practical problems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in an environment where walking, bending, and
lifting is required
Bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience
Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm
(Shift will adjust to cover duties during 2nd shift when
needed)
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
