Job Description:
Duties: Duties include providing crisis intervention and
counseling services to victims of crime, witnesses of violent
crimes and their family members, and members of the community
struggling with a variety of other mental health concerns;
providing emotional support and assessing safety concerns or needs
resulting from victimization; providing resource and referral
information to clients; leading therapy groups; and supervising
graduate student interns. Duties will also include maintaining case
files and statistical data, preparing reports, attending and
helping with outreach events, and presenting to both the staff at
IFAC and the community on counseling and trauma related topics.

Qualifications: A Master's degree or equivalent, with major course
work in psychology, guidance and counseling, social work or a
related field, and two years of experience in counseling is
required. Additional education in subjects related to trauma
counseling and/or crisis intervention, and bilingual
(English/Spanish) skills beneficial. Must be fully licensed (no
LPC-As or LMFT-As will be considered), as this position holds
supervision duties.Schedule: Hours will be between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. Schedule is
flexible based on client need, but must be willing to work two to
three evening shifts per week.All applicants will be subject to a
criminal history check. A conviction for Class B misdemeanor and
above may be disqualifying.Application Process: Applicants must
submit r--sum-- with completed application.PAY GRADE: GG21 / FULL
PAY RANGE $5,205 - $7,337 PER MONTH
